This is the "game room" upstairs. Nice sized. Really a seperate den or office but call it what you will, I call it effective use of space. 2400 is about the biggest house we've considered because when they get bigger you don't gain anything. Instead of a 14x14 master bedroom, maybe you'll get a 20x20 bedroom. Who really needs a 20' wide bedroom? But this house has normal sized rooms, and the extra space is a spare room. I like that.
All in all, I like this house a lot. No pics of the back yard because it's just unfinished dirt. You can see the corner of the yard in the one pic of everyone's back yard. To me this is the biggest drawback of the house, it's a hot dry dirty rocky yard. And the neighbors aren't much better. Plus, it needs work and appliances. They're asking 250K. I really like the layout, and the tile floors downstairs and the location is great. Low home owner fees (not gated community) and 5 minutes from the highway to work for me. The 5th bedroom and the 3rd car garage are HUGE draws. |
