House up for auction, a little nicer than many that I'm looking at. In real life it would be out of my price range, up for auction it will go (we're estimating here) for about 250K or a shade higher. Almost too nice, you know? You ever have that suspicious feeling... if this is so nice, why has no one bought it?

Ok, details. Gated community w/ over $80 a month home owner dues. 2,480 sq ft so it's bigger than it looks (or so the builder says!) House was built in 2006 at the height of the market here and sold new for like 350K.
