and the upstairs area. This is taken from the back wall of the loft. The front door and the Formal Dining room are down and to the left, the back door and kitchen and Formal Living Room are to the right.

All in all a neat house. Tira liked the other because of a double oven, very cool option. But the floors in the other look good in pics, but in real life they're cheap wood laminates. The tile floors and counter tops are nice here, but there are a little less cabinets. I like the window treatments int he LIving Room but the yard is not near as nice. However it does have a hot tub and a better view. But, it's on a city street so will be noisier.

Ok, finally. Here is another rub. This is a gated community (both houses) I looked at the first house (7639 Plunging Falls) b ecuase the realestate paperwork said 65 a month HOA fees. Well, this one says $75 a month HOA fees. They're only 2 blocks apart so the fees will be the same. I would not have looked at the other in the first place if I'd known 65$ was incorrect. Or maybe it's been on the market longer and the fees were raised since then. Either way, $74 a mont is a lot of extra money on top of a 240K or so house loan.
