This house sold new for $203K in 2003; it sold for $280K in 2004; and it sold for $340K in early 2007. Today it's listed for $240K.

I don't know who sold it for 330K in '07 but god bless you, your timing is perfect! The other house that Tira liked, this one's twin, had a similar sales history, except it sold new for $180K in 2000. It's older than this one.
