Kitchen is tile. You saw the Family Room in the previous picture has carpeting. The carpeting is in ok shape, I've seen worse. The other house has fake wood floors.

Nice kitchen. Can you see the countertops are nice tile? Very nice, especially w/ the tile floors. I like the sink in the island too. Refrig is missing.
